Q: How many times a week do I need to workout with a trainer?
A: This depends on how much responsibility you are comfortable taking on, and how much you would like your trainer to be responsible for. If you are new to fitness and are unsure of things, I generally recommend meeting with a trainer 3 times a week.
Q: Do you have to be a member of the gym to receive Personal training?
A: No, you do not have to be a member of the gym to receive personal training. If you do wish to participate in group classes, you will need a membership.
Q: What can I expect my first session to be like?
A: Your first session is used as an opportunity to evaluate your current level of fitness. During this time, you will be taken through a screening process that allows us to establish baselines for you. These baselines help us to create fitness programs that will deliver the results you want in the quickest and safest way possible. Most importantly, they are designed specifically for you.
